1–3 business days across the UAE. Free on orders over 600 AED.

Exchanges
Free size exchange within 14 days if unworn and in original packaging.

30 AED standard delivery.
Free delivery on orders of 600 AED or more.
Orders are usually delivered within 1–3 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary on public holidays.

We deliver to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman. Rates are shown at checkout by weight.
Free GCC delivery on orders of 1,000 AED or more.

Request a return or size exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unused and in their original box with all tags.
Exchanges depend on availability. If the new size isn’t available, we’ll refund you instead.
Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is damaged, defective or wrong.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and usually appear within 5–14 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
