These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "User," or "Customer") and Najim Suhail E TR. ("we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the website Tfaseel, accessible at https://tfaseel.net (the "Website"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Website, your placement of orders, and your purchase of products and services from us.

  • The shipping address is outside our delivery area.

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you place the order, subject to correction in the case of obvious pricing errors. We are not obliged to fulfil orders placed at an incorrect price and may cancel and refund such orders.

We strive to describe our products as accurately as possible. We offer physical products. Product images are for illustrative purposes only; actual products may vary slightly in appearance. Where applicable, sizes, weights, capacities, dimensions, and measurements are approximate. 8. Payment Terms

We accept payments through Tabby, Cash on Delivery and Stripe. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and that all payment information is true, accurate, and complete. Payments are processed securely by our payment partners; we do not store full card details on our servers.

If a payment is declined, reversed, charged back, or otherwise fails, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel your order, hold delivery, and require alternative payment before resuming. You are responsible for any fees, charges, or losses we incur as a result of unauthorized chargebacks or fraudulent payment activity.

9. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated time frames shown at checkout. However, all delivery dates and times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier performance, customs clearance, public holidays, weather, and other factors beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title to the products pass to you upon delivery to the address you provided. You are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address is correct and that someone is available to receive the order. Additional charges may apply for failed deliveries, redirected shipments, or returns to sender resulting from incorrect address information.

10. Delays and Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform, or delay in performing, any of our obligations under these Terms when caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, war, civil disturbance, terrorism, strikes, labor disputes, government actions, supply-chain disruptions, network or power failures, or carrier delays.

11. Promotions, Coupon Codes, and Discounts

From time to time we may offer promotional codes, discounts, or special offers. Each promotion is subject to its own terms, which may include restrictions on eligibility, products, minimum spend, expiry date, and combination with other offers. Codes are non-transferable, hold no cash value, and may be amended or withdrawn at any time without notice. 12. Cancellations

You may request to cancel an order before it has been dispatched by contacting us at tfaseel.ae@gmail.com. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled but may be returned in accordance with our Refund / Return / Exchange Policy. 13. Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our separate Refund / Return / Exchange Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted that policy. The standard return window is 14 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions described in that policy.

The competent courts of United Arab Emirates shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such disputes, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Refund / Return / Exchange Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Website and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral, regarding the same subject matter.
